Veganvåfflor – enkelt och gott recept
Alla gillar väl våfflor? Men har ni testat veganvåfflor? Lika goda och enkla att göra som vanliga våfflor men passar även veganer.
Veganvåfflor
Ca 5 st
Ingredienser:
50 g mjölkfritt margarin
2,5 dl havremjölk
2 dl vetemjöl
½ tsk salt
1 tsk bakpulver
Gör så här:
1. Smält margarinet.
2. Vispa samman alla ingredienserna i en bunke.
3. Grädda våfflorna i ett våffeljärn.
4. Servera med sallad, grönsaker och din favvodressing.

Crispy vegan waffles – recipe
Everybody likes waffles, right? But have you tried vegan waffles? Just as yummy and simple to make as regular waffles but also suitable for vegans.
Vegan Waffles
Approximately 5 waffles
Ingredients:
50 g milk-free margarine
1 cup of oat milk
4/5 cup of wheat flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Do like this:
1. Melt the margarine.
2. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Bake the waffles in a waffle iron.
4. Serve with salad, vegetables and your favorite dressing.
