Havrepannkakor (vegan, glutenfria, laktosfria)
Gör så här:
- Mixa alla ingredienser till en jämn smet.
- Låt smeten svälla i 10-15 minuter.
- Stek pannkakorna på medelvärme på båda sidor tills de fått fin färg.
- Servera med färsk frukt eller bär och kokosgrädde (jag använde DEN HÄR).

Oatmeal Pancakes Recipes (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free)
Oh, what a wonderful day! Started with a breakfast at Casall HQ for a presentation of their AW17 collection. Suuuper cozy! Met lots of lovely colleagues and friends to share the morning coffee with. My Instastory (HERE) from the morning is still up if you want to see what we were up to.
Swept home after the morning meeting and worked as obsessed before I paused for some sweaty intervals (You’ll find inspiration for intervals HERE and HERE). In addition, Except work, I also went with Embla to the riding school and made these lovely oatmeal pancakes. Even yummier than regular pancakes and more filling. The recipe can be found below.

Oatmeal pancakes (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free)
Approximately 10 small pancakes
2 cups almond milk (I used THIS)
3/4 cup oatmeal (I used THIS gluten-free)
1/2 cup coconut flour (I used THIS)
2 tablespoons flax seeds (I used THIS)
2 tablespoons hemp protein (I used THIS)
1 pinch vanilla powder (I used THIS)
1 pinch salt (I used THIS)
Coconut oil for frying (I used THIS)
Do like this:
- Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter.
- Let the batter swell for 10-15 minutes.
- Fry the pancakes on both sides until they have a nice color.
- Serve with fresh fruit or berries and coconut cream (I used THIS).
