Upgrade your friday taco to a lovely Raw version.

Semi Raw Food Dinner with raw tacos and raw chocolate cheesecake

(For a shorter version in english, please scroll down)

I don’t like to push people to eat this or that, instead I always try to inform, inspire and get people to discover for themselves how good the little healthier alternatives are. Therefore, I have begun to introduce an element of vegan, gluten-, dairy free and  raw food options when we have guests.

Yesterday I had my mother and siblings with kids over for dinner, and of course we had bbq for main, but for starters served the ”Raw Tacos” and for dessert an ”Almost raw chocolate cheese cake !

And it was a success! The tacos went immediately and so did the desert!
