Recept: RAW CHOKLAD
0,6 dl karob
1 1/2 dl lönnsirap
1 1/2 dl kokosolja (utan smak)
1 1/2 msk cashewsmör
1 dryg tsk vaniljextrakt
Sikta i raw kakaon och karoben i en bunke. Blanda i resten av ingredienserna. Häll i chokladformar. Frys minst 15 min.

It is now widely known that chocolate is for good health. Chocolate contains a variety of antioxidants that protect the body against diseases. It strengthens the immune system.
But now we are not talking about Biscuits and a Snickers! They are candy, not chocolate!
We use coconut oil that has properties for those who want to keep a good weight balance. We use RAW cacao that has 4 times more antioxidants than ordinary (roasted) cocoa.
CHOCOLATES (about 30 pieces)
1 1/2 dl raw cacao
0.6 dl carob
1 1/2 dl maple syrup
1 1/2 dl coconut oil (no flavor)
1 1/2 tablespoons cashew butter
Just over 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place raw cacao and carob in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour the chocolate into molds. Freeze for at least 15 minutes.
