Poledance: Anna Valfsson handspring/aysha variation
In the beginning of the summer I went to a workshop, as mentioned before, with Anna Valfsson. Since then I’ve been working on this trick when practicing, it’s tricky and challenges your balance.
Start with a shouldermount and get up as if you were gonna do a brass monkey.
Then take a steady grip with your forearms. Lower your feet, bring your knees closer to your upper body and get your butt ”out” from the pole so you have space for your leg to move through.
